When you request an estimate or send a message through a form on this site, we ask for:

• The service you need and a description of your project (optional)

If you use the chat widget, call us or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and details about your home.

Information collected automatically

When you send a form, it also records the page you sent it from, the page that referred you to our site, and any campaign tags in the web address (for example utm_source, utm_campaign or a Google Ads click ID). This tells us how you found us.

Our CRM and chat widget

Form submissions from this site are sent to GoHighLevel, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform also known as LeadConnector, which we use to receive, organize and respond to inquiries. Your details are stored in our account on that platform, and our team is notified so someone can get back to you.

The chat widget on this site is provided by LeadConnector. Messages you send through it, and any contact details you enter, are stored in the same CRM. Depending on how you start the conversation, our replies may come back to you in the chat window, by text message or by email.

GoHighLevel and LeadConnector process this information on our behalf. Their own privacy policies describe how they handle data on their platforms.

Phone, email and text messages

When you give us your phone number or email address, we use it to contact you about your inquiry, your estimate and any work we do for you. Some of these contacts may be made through our CRM.

The phone number shown on this site is provided by CallRail, a call tracking service. It may display a different number depending on how you reached the site, so we can tell which pages and ads lead to calls. CallRail records call details such as the calling number, the time and length of the call and the page you were on.

We send text messages only in connection with a conversation or request you started, such as replying to a chat or confirming an appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us, or HELP for help.

We do not sell your mobile phone number. We do not share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If you no longer want to hear from us by phone or email, tell us using the contact details at the end of this policy and we will update our records.

Cookies, analytics and tracking tools

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site and the services it uses set cookies and use similar technologies for the purposes below.

• Google Tag Manager: manages the measurement and advertising tags on this site. The tags it loads may include Google Analytics, which reports how visitors use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking, which tells us when an ad leads to an inquiry.

Data security and retention

Form submissions travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our site and on to our CRM. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their work, and we rely on the security measures of the service providers listed above.

No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us online. Please do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through our forms or chat.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including keeping records of estimates, projects and warranties, and as required by law. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your privacy choices and requests

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a project, a warranty or a legal reason
• Stop contacting you by phone, email or text message

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes and properties. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other websites, such as our Google, Facebook and review profiles. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
